I enjoy eating out, camping, sitting around and swapping stories, reading the newspaper, traveling anywhere and everywhere.
| I love coffee, coffee and a good book, coffee and good friends and conversation; power walks; the Art Institute; Ravinia; the movie Matinee; Morelia; Haydn, Joan Baez, the Buena Vista Social Club; all things Spanish. ¡Me gusta Chicago! |
|
Outside
interests: Peace
and justice activities; teaching an adult Sunday School class (aka “Higher
Grounds”—we drink designer coffee while contemplating life’s big
questions) on current issues.
I don’t
like Rush Limbaugh, narrow-minded
religious zealotry, road-raging idiotas on the Kennedy, sushi.
Little known facts: I once worked at Dairy Queen; I have a purple belt in Tae Kwon Do; George Stephanopoulos was twice a student of mine; I’m a soccer mom and drive a mini-van.
