Certificate Programs
Each certificate represents 15 semester hours of graduate course work in a particular area. A certificate may be taken as a stand-alone for non-degree seeking students or can provide a concentration within a degree program. Various courses are offered in the regular semester, intensives, and online; courses may not be offered every year. Every certificate may not be available in a SemConnect format. Normally, independent studies and transfer credits do not fulfill the requirements of a North Park Theological Seminary Certificate; a course substitution may be permitted if previously taken or vocational needs warrant. Students should select electives in collaboration with their advisor and with a view to needs of their future ministry.
