CENTER FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT and INTERNSHIPS
FROM FIRST TO FINISH….the Center for Career Development and Internships is here to help North Park students make a smooth transition from high school to university life to the world of work or graduate school. Whatever your plans, you will want to investigate the services which the Center provides. Among the services available are the following:
- Inventories (Myers-Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory) to help you assess your skills, interests and values.
- Assistance in selecting a major that's right for you.
- Workshops to help you develop effective career search tools and strategies.
- Internships and job shadowing that provide real world experience sought by today’s employers.
- Sharing potential employment opportunities or graduate program information.
The Center is open to all North Park students. For assistance with any career-related questions, please contact the office manager at jrobles@northpark.edu, or call 773-244-5737 to schedule an appointment with one of the staff members.
