North Park University Breakfast Series: The Future of Chicagoland Real Estate
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, April 14, from 7:30 to 9:30 am. Hear from a panel of experts as the North Park University Breakfast Series presents: The Future of Chicagoland Real Estate. This event will be held at The University Club of Chicago, located at 76 E. Monroe, Chicago, IL 60603. The cost is $20 in advance with credit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted) or $25 at the door. About our speakers:
Colin Kihnke is president of CMK Companies, Ltd., a real estate investment and development company that has constructed more than 2,000 condominium units in downtown Chicago. His numerous recognitions include The Chicago Architecture Foundation's Patron of the Year Award.
Paul Lundstedt is executive vice president and director for Institutional Capital Markets at Grubb & Ellis. He previously served as executive director at Cushman & Wakefield, participating in the sale of more than $15.0 billion in investment real estate.
George B. Good is executive vice president of CB Richard Ellis, and has helped build one of the industry's leading national retail investment practices. In the last 10 years, the company has completed the sale of more than 400 shopping centers valued at more than $6.7 billion.
Vince Laughlin manages the Commercial Real Estate Department of MB Financial Bank. He has worked in commercial real estate and project finance through most of his 25-year banking career. Prior to MB, Vince spent 10 years with Bank One/JP Morgan Chase.
