Service Learning

A Chance to Serve

Students in the Advanced Speaking-Listening and Reading-Writing classes participate in service learning projects through Urban Ministries. They have wonderful opportunities to practice English as they serve their North Park neighbors in a variety of ways.   Some of the options include visiting with residents of a nearby retirement home, working with children, and volunteering at a food pantry.
